Specifications * 1/4" (5.2mm) Thickness * Basswood Core * Maple Veneer on Both Sides Plywood sheets are about 1/4" smaller on each dimension due to saw blade kerf when cutting. The material has no knots or patches on either side. Store sheets flat with weight on top to avoid warping. We use this material in our laser shop every day. We have found the basswood core cuts much cleaner and faster than an MDF core, allowing us to make more product in a shorter amount of time. Due to increased demand, we have expanded into a variety of sizes. These sizes are intended to be compatible with the following machines: Glowforge, XTool, K40, OMTech, Thunder, Aeon, Boss, AP Laser, Epilog, and Trotec. Please contact us for other size requests.
