These were made for the car, but I have also hung them in closets and bathrooms. I actually had a lady tell me she plans to hang the Tree Farm scent in her artificial christmas tree to make it smell real lol! How to use: * Take the car freshener out of the package and remove the wooden lid. * remove the plastic stopper and throw the stopper away. * Screw back on the wooden lid and tie in a double knot from your rear view mirror. * Flip upside down for 10-15 seconds to saturate the lid * Enjoy :) PSA: If oversaturated, the lid can become loose when driving so make sure you check it often to make sure the lid is tightly secured!
