Description
Cocoa (or cacao) “beans” are the seeds from the cocoa tree. To make chocolate you will need to crack, winnow and grind them, but they are absolutely delicious on their own! No danger of melting, no added sugar. You can eat the husk outside, but I prefer to crack them open and only eat the bean (nib) inside.
