Two roosters surrounded by their hens move among blooming peonies, bamboo and butterflies in a lively scene where every detail is accented with a delicate gilt outline. The wide deep-blue rim, punctuated by red and gold floral panels, harmoniously frames the central composition and immediately draws the eye.
