Measure at the fullest part of your chest with arms relaxed, then refer to the sizes above. Care & Maintenance * Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild liquid detergent. * Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softeners—both can damage the spandex and reduce moisture-wicking performance. * Tumble dry low or lay flat to air dry. High heat can permanently reduce stretch recovery. * Cool iron only if needed; avoid steam.
