Good pasta? it is all about the texture! Each pad is handcrafted from oak hardwoods and features a built-in grooved surface. It will help to prepare homemade pasta from scratch. Grooves are deep enough for rolling out delicious and uniform gnocchi, garganelli, rigatoni or cavatelli pasta. Homemade pasta doesn't have to be boring! :))) --- Note --- This is a bespoke item.
