Item had a small broken piece not easily visible so it took some time until a customer noticed the broken piece. Thin Air refused to do the honorable thing and credit for it even though it was never even removed from the box and pictures clearly show. Not good customer service at all! Very unusual for a supplier to be so rigid and not value their customers.
