Description
We call Pipit our "gateway" sheep milk cheese. It's sweet, mild, and melts beautifully. It's a riff on a havarti/gouda hybrid. Aged 4-12 months, this cheese is perfect with crackers or on a sandwich, especially a grilled cheese. These approximately 1/3 lb pieces are vacuum-sealed, should be kept refrigerated, and have a shelf-life of 3 months.
