We were told (by Sondo) to go to post office - and we did today - post office admitted it had not made it to us. Sondo has tracking # - shows we did not receive it and they are making us handle the problem they should use UPS or FedEx not Post Office. I think there products are great - normally there is no issue - but when there is Sondo doesn’t seem to want to handle the problem- We are out over 525.00 so far. Sondo choice Post Office. I feel they are the most unreliable (Post Office).
