Description
A little séance for the everyday table. This vintage palmistry chart, etched with zodiac glyphs, fate lines, and the delicious poetry of “Heart,” “Head,” and “Life”—becomes a tiny oracle under glass. It’s the kind of piece that invites you to trace your own palm, compare the crossings, and wonder what tomorrow might be plotting. Handcrafted in our New York studio, the artwork is applied in the French tradition of decoupage: laid in reverse beneath crystal glass, sealed with fine varnishes, and burnished until the linework looks freshly inked. Each tray is individually signed by Ben. The surface is smooth, food-safe, and wipes clean; the back is felted so it lands softly on marble or wood. A folded card accompanies every piece, sharing the time-honored process behind it. Use it as a catch-all for talismans and rings, to corral tarot cards and matchbooks, or to stage a cocktail with theatrical flair. Equally handsome hung with a plate hanger or standing on a gallery easel, it’s a witty little map to keep destiny- at least the beautiful kind, close at hand. Style #: DPI-3666
