A gold Milagros Hand of Love necklace on gold-filled paperclip chain and with a vintage porcelain heart charm from Germany.   Milagros, most famous in Mexico, means "miracle" or "surprise" in Spanish.  The hand charm on it's own symbolizes strength and goodwill to others, but when it grasps something else it carries the secondary meaning of the new charm.  In this case, it grasps a heart - and it's new meaning becomes strength of love.   The gold plated Milagros hand charm is attached to a 14kt gold filled paper clip chain.  **Please note that the heart charm is oxidized, and the patina may wear with contact - it will reveal the poewter underneath.
