Crafted from a precise blend of seven native varietals; Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Tibouren, and Ugni Blanc. This dealcoholized beauty preserves every nuance of a true Provence rosé without additives. Sourced from the Côtes de Provence “golden triangle,” between two mountain ranges that create a cooling microclimate. Soils are classic Derache: clay-limestone with small limestone pebbles.
