Pack includes: -Supernova (medium-dark roast) -Sweet Spot (medium roast) -Rotating Single Origin (light roast- typically a wilder offering) Sweet Spot and Supernova are packed in 12oz bags. The rotating single origin is packed in a 10oz bag. If purchasing the 2 pound option all coffees are packed in 2 pound bags. We roast and ship Monday - Friday. Orders received before 9am typically ship same day.
