Raaka skips the roasting step, so our chocolate is bright, bold, and fruity -- never burnt. Taste notes of cherry, almond, and coconut nectar. This is bulk ground chocolate couverture for use in baking, cooking and cafe applications (mochas/hot chocolates). Easily meltable, up to 1/8 inch pieces.
