A collaboration with Vermont Sugar house, Ackermann Farm, we are proud to bring you this incredible cinnamon and maple sugar! Made from the sap of sugar maple trees (Acer saccharum), this sugar is made by slowly boiling the sap down over wood fire until it crystallizes (beyond the syrup stage!). We then combine it with our Sri Lankan cinnamon, which has a soft, mellow flavor that pairs beautifully with maple.
