Remove cotton wick from packaging and place it in a bowl. Add 5-20 drops of essential oil to the wick, depending on your desired strength. Using tweezers, place the cotton wick in the clear glass canister. Reassemble the inhaler. Place inhaler near nose and breathe deeply to enjoy the benefits of essential oils.
