I had purchased two of these beautiful pieces. One of the two arrived with some shipping damage and a few of the crystals had fallen out of their brackets, along with the wire being compressed. Faire's customer service handled it very well. The company also reached out to me offering suggestions. I decided to re-glue the pieces in their brackets and hopefully it holds.
