We make each batch of our brittle on the stove the old fashion way. Then each batch get poured out into 5 different pie pans to get it thinned out before cooling and breaking up for packaging. Our sugar free brittle comes in a 7 ounce size. We replace the sugar with Isomalt and the corn syrup with Allulose syrup. Each product has its own GS1 bar code that can be added to existing inventory numbers.
