Wholesale Chambray lace collar

Handmade chambray cotton lace ruffle collar with tie closure. Lace is a white ruffled lace. Handmade in house and made to order. Pease allow up to 2 weeks to prepare. Although generally all orders are ready in a few days this allows for a cushion for replenishment of supplies and processing time.
