Stephanie's Wedding Earrings in Gold and Copper (Style #429) So the earrings Stephanie designed to go with her bridesmaid's attire (espresso colored dresses carrying yellow roses) are just as fabulous as the pendant! We started with an antique copper disc, about the size of a quarter and then covered it with a peek-a-boo bright gold filigree disc just a bit smaller. The copper shows through but doesn't overwhelm the gold piece. Then we took bright gold plated stainless steel earwires and changed the bead to the cutest ribbed bright copper bead and connected everything with the same twisted gold ring we used on the pendant. The result was stunning! These earrings surely showed up in the wedding photographs! Stephanie was happy, her bridesmaids were happy, we were happy....now if only we got a piece of wedding cake! From the top of the earwire, these earrings are 1-7/8" long and 1" across
