Many of the necklaces were tangled, items don't have #s on their tags and the invoice descriptions made it confusing as to which item was which. Had to keep referring to pictures on the website to determine the correct item. Some items don't look like they're worth the retail price.

The only downside is the translation into French in the description and the references are not indicated on the products. Apart from that, very pretty jewelry and they seem to be of quality.
