Hello Lori, thank you for your feedback! Just to clarify, our slippers currently come in a limited size range: women’s up to US 10, men’s up to US 12, and kids’ up to 7Y. Many customers strongly prefer sizing up for winter slippers (especially if wearing thicker socks). We’re already past the peak season so we can’t add new sizes immediately, but I really appreciate the suggestion — I’ll absolutely take it into account for our next order and work on expanding our size options. I’m sorry this caused any inconvenience or affected your sales. If these pairs won’t work for you, we’re happy to help with a return or refund.
