Brown was great. Black bag had glue or something green and sticky in the hair that would not come out at all, I didn't notice until it sold, so I ended up giving it away with the customer understanding the quality issue it had. These are not normal tote size. They're very small.

Hi there, we were never notified of any issues until after you sold the item to your customer. You actually received a full refund without having ever to return the item.
