The triangle cheese knife Sense features a thin, serrated blade with cut-outs to prevent cheese from sticking to the blade. The two tips of the blade serve as a serving fork. The cheese slicer Sense features two wires with different distances to the center rod for different thick cheese slices (3mm/0.12" and 5mm/0.2") and a serving tip to arrange the cheese slices. Wires are available as spare parts. The tension of the wire can be readjusted if necessary. For Sense, triangle uses FSC-certified plum wood from regional orchards, thereby supporting sustainable timber management and short transport routes.
