Our juniper pie is made with pork raised on straw: Apalhat. Apalhat is a sector that we have created with our three local breeders in Tarn and Aveyron based on strict quality specifications (pigs fed with GMO-free cereals, pigs raised on straw, etc). We add juniper berries to our pâté and grind them. Juniper pie is the ideal companion for all occasions: meals, aperitifs with friends, picnics.
