PREPARATION We wash the potatoes and boil them strictly with the skin on, to prevent water from penetrating inside. Once cooked, we peel them and sauté them in a pan, mashing them by hand, with only the addition of our delicious black truffle sauce, extra virgin olive oil, and salt. USE AND PAIRINGS Excellent as an appetizer, to be enjoyed on toasted bread, crostini, or on its own, to fully savor the taste. Try it as a pasta sauce or to fill omelets, stuffed pasta, or meat main courses. Also perfect as a side dish, to accompany meat or fish main courses. A tasty idea, for an appetizer or side dish, is to mash it and form sticks (or balls) to bread and fry. EXPIRATION Preferably consume within 3 years from packaging. Once opened, store in the fridge for a maximum of 7 days.
