This brandy can be consumed both as an aperitif and at the end of a meal. Atypical with vegetable aromas, it can also accompany your desserts, such as a walnut or pine nut tart. This eau-de-vie is obtained by macerating mullein flowers (also called Bouillon blanc) in organic wheat brandy. Distillation in our Holstein still allows us to obtain a fine eau-de-vie with marked notes. Once distilled, the alcohol is aged in stainless steel barrels (minimum 1 to 3 months). Before bottling, we added a few mullein flower petals to color our brandy. 50 cl and 20 cl transparent glass bottles. Bottling and labelling are done manually.
