A hand-lettered illustration of the Land of the Midnight Sun—Alaska! This illustration is chock full of favorite state icons: sled dogs, wild whales, running salmon, Alaska Native masks and totem poles, polar and grizzly bears—and if you look closely, the northern glow of the aurora borealis. Finishing it all off are a willow ptarmigan and a spray of forget-me-nots—the state bird and flower. The print is a museum-quality inkjet reproduction, using Epson HDR Ultrachrome archival inks on heavy 100% rag (cotton) Moab Entrada natural white paper.
