A true NYC institution founded in 1907 by Joel Russ, a Jewish immigrant from Poland who peddled a pushcart until he saved enough to open his first shop in New York's Lower East Side in 1914. Today, Russ and Daughters remains a culinary icon, world-famous for the highest quality food and Jewish delicacies. The original shop on East Houston Street is enshrined as a historical landmark and continues to provide the tastes and traditions of a true New York experience. We couldn't be happier to carry these dreamy chocolates. We're kind of snobby about what chocolates resonate with us, these are IT. They're a touch higher of a price point to offer for us, but it's very worth it to provide something so quality for folks. :)
