Our baskets made from handwoven seagrass can be used universally, for example, as storage baskets, laundry baskets, sewing baskets, or toy baskets. The women's cooperative of the village Nngaye weaves the baskets from seagrass for us. All baskets are handmade unique pieces, crafted in Senegalese tradition. For generations, seagrass has been used to make baskets and plates. The plastic fibers used for weaving are production remnants that are reused. The sturdy baskets are untreated and unpainted. The baskets are durable, sustainable, and have a special aesthetic.
