Expertly De-Alcoholized German Pils. Using a 4-Million Euro De-Alc machine, the ABV left in this brew is an astonishing 0.04%. Well below the Zero-Zero requirements anywhere around the world. The Wolters Hofbrau Brewery in Braunschweig has been around for over 400 years, and since then gets its brewing water from the forests around the brewery. Their Alcohol-Free Pils-style brew is setting new standards in how to remove only the ABV from the beer, but keeping the flavor and taste in tact.
