CUP PROFILE Almond | Milk Chocolate | Toasted Hazelnut Ara Organic comes from Fazenda Dutra, a family-run farm located in São João do Manhuaçu, 300 kilometers inland on the east coast of Brazil, owned and managed by the two brothers Ednilson and Walter. The father started the business in the 1950s with one hectare, then bought a second and a third hectare with the company's profits, until it reached an area of more than 1100 hectares. In September 1999, Jose died and left the company to his sons Walter and Ednilson, who take their responsibility for their family and their father's inheritance very seriously.
