Coffee is blended and ground for the cold-brew process. We then put the ground coffee into its own filter for a no-mess cold brew process.  Each filter packet will make 4 cups of concentrate.  This kit includes 12 of these coffee filters to make 3 gallons of concentrate The coffee filter is then packaged in a 2 lb Stand Up Matte Black Pouch (13-1/2 inches x 9-1/4 inches x 4-1/2 inches). It is then heat sealed, with a tear notch at the top. The bag also reseals to maintain freshness. Since this bag does not have a valve, all coffee will be roasted within 1-2 weeks from order date to allow proper coffee degassing process to occur.  Directions: Place one packet into 4cups of room-temperature water. Allow to brew at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 20-24 hours (If this goes beyond 24 hours, it becomes bitter). Carefully remove the filter pack from the liquid and discard.
