Our sushi / small baguette boards have a rough, soy stained edge and an elongated, oval shape. The sushi / small baguette board is a beautiful choice for sushi, bread, cheeses and charcuterie. Our sushi / small baguette board is made out of upcycled, spalted maple. Maple wood is characterized by a smooth grain and unique light color. We upcycle fallen maple trees that are in the early stages of decomposition to get remarkable spalted lines running throughout the wood.
