Las Vegas Arts District - 18b The Arts District, also known as 18b, is situated in Downtown Las Vegas. Established in 1998, it was designated as an 18-block area to promote art and artists. The district has since grown beyond its initial boundaries. 18b is positioned between the Fremont East Entertainment district and the STRAT Casino, primarily around Main Street and Charleston Boulevard.
