Cancellation Policy · Lalura Experiences Lalura Experiences are in-person trainings with very limited places and a specific schedule. For this reason, we apply the following cancellation policy: - Cancellations more than 14 days before the date of the experience: 100% of the amount will be refunded. - Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the date of the experience: 50% of the amount will be refunded. - Cancellations less than 7 days in advance, or no-show on the day of the experience: no refund will be made, as the spot cannot be reassigned on such short notice. - If you cannot attend, you can transfer your spot to another person, notifying us in advance in writing. - If the experience must be canceled by the organizers due to force majeure, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
