I ordered cuticle oil, the lead time stated a few days and this was not the case. The delivery took so long and when I wanted to cancel the order, it changed its status to shipping out. If the company had reached out it would have been less frustrating. The product is pretty good, customers adore this product but I don't think I'll be reordering!
