Author Biography The author began his trainin in Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do and others after graduating college for 30 years. He has earned 5th Dan Black Belts in both Tae Kwon Do Moo Duk Kwan and Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan and a 3rd Dan in Soo Bahk. The author began writing and publishing martial arts articles and editorials for martial arts magazines due to to the lack of credible information about the author's styles after receiving different answers from different experts in Tang Soo Do. Dr. Losik authored many articles that were published in many martial arts magazines. The author's martial arts articles have also been published in other countries around the world and on national and international web sites due to the excellent content and accuracy of the author's articles, today almost all information about the Korean martial arts that is easily available is from the magazine articles published by the author and so today, the American Korean martial arts community speaks more coherently, uniformly and precisely than they did 25 years ago. The author began writing books on martial arts as early as 1985.
