Dimensions are based off the longest edge inside the cutter. Cutter depth is 9/16 inch (15 mm). These cutters can be used with different types of dough (cookie dough, biscuits, etc), cupcakes, fondant, clay, and so much more. Not only used for cookie cutters, but to make clay earrings/jewelry, or to decorate those cakes and so much more. Handling/Care: Care for cookie cutters and stamps: Items should be hand washed in warm soapy water. These items are not dishwasher safe. Coating the cookie cutter with PAM, flour, or cooking oil; may help with pulling the stamp off dough or icing. Processing: Our goal is to always beat our processing times listed. Processing usually takes only a day. We do say up to 3days, so when volumes are high we can still meet listed expectations. Many orders ship next day.
