Ordered 6 plush and received 5 at first, I then reached out and explained the situation. They had sent another one to replace the one which was missing. FedEx then "Delivered" said replacement and actually didn't. A case had to be made with them, a few days went by FedEx said that they "exhausted all resources" and could not locate the package. A few hours later FedEx came into the shop and handed my employee the "missing" package which arrived with a hole in the plush, box undamaged.
