I got an e-mail about the product, but hadn't heard of them so I passed. I'm also a tea shop so flavored syrups aren't a big thing here. The next week, I saw it at a coffee shop and thought I'd try it out. Picked the Salted Caramel for our upcoming seasonal Hot Chocolate service in the restaurant and...wow. It's really (really) good and I'm sure the retail portion of my order will sell quickly once folks taste it. Very happy!
