I ordered spa wraps but they showed up with another company's logo on the front. They replied that they were sending replacements. They didn't mention anything about returning the wrong items and never sent a return label so we used them while we waited (new spa). Later, they emailed to say that they couldn't replace the wraps I ordered but could send a lesser quality material product or wait 4-8 more weeks. And then canceled my replacement because I used the other wraps. Poor customer service.
