Commonly called Tsaï tou Vounou in Greece, mountain tea is actually an infusion as it is naturally theine-free. Whether you prefer it hot or cold, add a small spoonful of honey and a dash of fresh lemon juice to benefit even more from its amazing antibacterial and relaxation properties. SPECIAL TIP: For an infusion, use 1-2 stems per cup, to taste. Place the mountain tea stalks in a pot of boiling water, then reduce the heat to low.
