I ordered the santa mask ornaments and received NOTHING like the photos. What was shown and described was a glass blown old world style ornament...what I received were strong smelling (of paint), resin (aka plastic) flat ornaments with string. Nothing like what I thought I was getting. Very disappointed.

When I ordered these back in Nov, they were portrayed as glass blown ornaments. I just received them yesterday and they are flat resin and look terrible. I’ve reached out to the vendor and Faire to see what can be done because this is disappointing especially since I had customers waiting for these.

The family ornaments were plastic. The masked Santa was less than 2”! The first description said they were blown, but were actually a resin type material.
