Chocolate Grappa is produced by the Gualco Distillery in Silvano d'Orba (AL) with a discontinuous method with Piedmontese bain-marie stills. Flavored young grappa, obtained by infusion of distillate of Dolcetto and Barbera pomace and chocolate. Amber and bright color, the nose is attractive and reveals all the characteristics of the vines in perfect harmony with the typical aromas of cocoa, the taste confirms the aromatic complexity and balance between alcohol and chocolate.
