They are perfect for fish-based dishes and delicate recipes. Coppola Yellow Peeled Tomatoes are made from selected varieties of yellow plum tomatoes, grown in the sunny and fertile South of Italy. These tomatoes reach full ripeness during the summer months of August and September, when they are harvested, carefully selected, steam-peeled, and packed in their juice. Coppola yellow peeled tomatoes are Halal and Kosher certified, made without sugar, without added sweeteners, and are free from artificial flavors, thickeners, or firming agents.
