The olive groves of the Nikolopoulos estate are located in the region of Kalamata, in Messenia, at an ideal altitude, on windy and sunny slopes with a limestone subsoil. The Kalamata olive, considered by specialists as the queen of olives, is prepared here according to the traditional recipe that highlights its rich and fruity aromas. With a beautiful wine-red color, it is picked purple and left to macerate in a brine to which red wine vinegar and olive oil are added, both also produced on the estate. The queen of olives, crunchy, fleshy, juicy, with aperitif virtues!

Olives, blueberries amazing taste, blueberries 10% less sugar than our usual brand, walnuts without bitterness or drabness, freshest possible for the time of year (autumn harvest received in May). Olive oil yet to be tasted. Shipping impressively fast and in sturdy cardboard actually suited for heavy items. Can only recommend.
