It is stored in large amounts between the spaces of skin cells where it provides moisture and improves the elasticity and plumpness of the skin. The product is 100% saturated at 1% this product is 1.5% concentration. Directions: apply 2-3 drops to morning and night after toning (while face is still wet) and before the moisturizer.
