This grand cuvée is rich and complex, with aromas of toast and exotic fruits. We hand-harvest the grapes from organic partner winemakers in Anjou, then bring them back to Courbevoie (a suburb of Paris) in whole clusters to vinify them entirely in Burgundy oak barrels, aging for 18 months. Powerful on the palate, this wine will delight lovers of great white wines, racy and woody.
