I bought this product for my small coffee shop. Unfortunately, one of the designs was peeling off right out of the box. I messaged the company, but it took forever to get a response, and I eventually had to file a refund through Faire. Also, the glasses arrived without lids or straws, which made them feel overpriced for what I actually received. Disappointed with the quality and service.
